Privacy Policy

How information is handled when you visit the website or contact EasLogical.

1. Information you choose to provide

The consultation and contact forms ask for your name, phone number, email address, service location or ZIP code, and project details. Provide only the information needed to discuss your project. Do not include payment-card numbers, identification documents, passwords, alarm codes, or lockbox combinations.

2. How the forms currently work

The forms prepare an email addressed to trilogicalllc@gmail.com in your email application. The website does not automatically submit the form to EasLogical or save it to a lead database. You must review and send the email yourself. Your email provider processes that draft and message under its own policies. EasLogical receives the information after the message is delivered.

3. How EasLogical uses your information

Information you send is used to respond to your inquiry, assess the proposed work, arrange an onsite consultation, prepare a bid, and communicate about your project. If you proceed, it may also be needed for service coordination and related business records.

4. Service providers and sharing

The website’s hosting and network providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. Email sent to EasLogical is handled through Google’s Gmail service. Project details may be shared with people or providers involved in evaluating or performing the agreed work when needed for that purpose. EasLogical does not sell information submitted through these forms.

5. Technical information and cookies

Hosting and network services may process information such as IP address, browser details, request times, and security events. The site does not currently include an EasLogical advertising pixel or analytics integration. Hosting services may use security or access-related cookies. The forms do not intentionally save their contents in browser storage.

6. Payments

This website does not currently collect payments or payment-card information. If payment is arranged later through a separate payment service, review the details and that service’s privacy notice before submitting payment information.

7. Retention and your choices

Email and project records may be retained as needed to handle inquiries, ongoing work, business records, or applicable obligations. Contact EasLogical to ask about information you provided, request a correction, or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained, and identity verification may be necessary before a request can be completed.

8. Security and external links

Avoid sending sensitive information through the public forms or ordinary email. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. External services you choose to use, including your email provider, have their own privacy practices.

9. Updates

This policy describes the current site. It will need to be updated when features such as direct form delivery, analytics, or online payments are enabled. The date above identifies this version.
